I’m going to need a bigger thesaurus!
This place, friends. I don’t know how many more words I can come up with for “beautiful,” “astonishing,” “jaw dropping,” or “gorgeous.” I’m going to need a bigger thesaurus!
This week I’ve visited some wonderful places, including nearby Perast that’s prettier than a postcard and the top of Mt. Lovćen, where you can see forever. Literally. Wow. There was a climb that was a bit beyond my (rather limited) hiking abilities, but it was totally worth the ibuprofen.
Today I’m off to Durmitor National and Tara River canyon (one of the deepest in the world). You’ll read all about it and my other day trips this week in the upcoming Travel post.
It’s going to rain again for much of next week (normal for this time of year), so I wanted to make sure that I got the must-dos in. I can’t believe it, but next Friday, I’m off to Dubrovnik for the night before spending the month in Split, Croatia. Time flies when you’re in paradise.
Are we Instagram friends yet?
If you want to see what I’m seeing here in Kotor, as I’m seeing it, let’s become Instagram friends! You can find me (@wonderandsundry) and be sure to look out for my stories (there’s a highlight, too).
- In Travel, we’ll have a post on day trips from Kotor.
- For Eat, I think that I’ll share about some of the interesting foods I’ve had this week.
- Sundry Wonders will have no shortage of treasures that I’ve encountered in this magical place.
Until then, let’s catch up on posts below. Check them out and let me know if you have any good words for astonishingly beautiful gorgeous places below!
