Wonder & Sundry is a one-woman show, and I want to be transparent about the tools I use to keep it humming along.
I use AI, typically Claude and Gemini, as a research assistant, sounding board for ideas, and as a high-level editor. It helps me to think through topics and approaches and provides a second set of “eyes” before I post.
I also used AI once to create infographics based on my original content, and I would likely do that again when the need arises. I have had it generate key points from my posts to help me create downloads.
Here’s what AI does NOT do on Wonder & Sundry: Write my posts, take my photos, or form my opinions. I write everything you read on Wonder & Sundry. Those photos, including the shaky ones? Mine. Every image on this site was taken by me (the only exception is the shop, where I do have a couple of images from the vendor).
I’m a writer, an enthusiastic home cook, and someone who is always on the lookout for ways to make my life more wonderful. On Wonder & Sundry, I relate travel experiences I had, recipes I cooked, and share practices that have enriched my life.
This site is a work in progress that sometimes drives me to distraction, but I made Wonder & Sundry myself, and I’m proud of it.
