These last two weeks I’ve been resetting, getting reacquainted with myself and what works for me. Last week, I created a schedule for myself that, while achievable, was so jam packed and busy. No time to focus. I sat down to work the next day and promptly felt defeated.
So, I reset. I’m focusing on one thing at a time. I pick one thing, then sit down and do it. No need to rush through it to get to the next one. Just do that one thing.
Just focus on the way the ripples in the clear water. Look down the railroad tracks and spot the red car crossing them. Enjoy your friend’s company. Enjoy Ollie’s company. Swim. Everything will get done, it just takes a reset.
