Absolutely Wonderful

Why You'll Love It

Opened in 1872, Santiago’s historic Mercado Central is a must-visit for foodies. Famous for fish, you’ll find market stalls, food vendors, and little restaurants.
While Mercado Central is definitely more touristy, and you’ll find a lot of souvenirs here, but if you wander around the stalls outside the market, you’ll find authentic delights.
