Turkeys. This was the week of turkeys. I saw turkeys in trees, turkeys in the road. Turkeys flying. Turkeys running. I’ve never seen so many turkeys together in my entire life. I read somewhere that when turkeys were repatriated in New England that they gravitated more toward cities, because of all the food. With things so quiet, I think they’ve gotten more numerous and bolder. Anyhow, I found it amusing.

Otherwise, more snow and cold. Profound disappointment, if not surprise, by my country in the impeachment trial. American memory.
