Happy Spring, Northern Hemisphere! Woohoo! In New England, spring means maple syrup season, so I thought that I’d share the recipes featuring maple syrup from the archives.
Sugar on Snow is a lot of fun. Do just crush the ice with a mallet if you don’t have a super whizzy blender (I do not). Otherwise, these recipes are pretty straightforward and seem to involve a lot of Brussels sprouts. That Maple Dijon Vinaigrette is a year-round winner.
