Why You'll Love It

This is Lisbon’s diplomatic neighborhood. There’s not a load of things to do here, but it’s fun to swing through on Tram 28 (if you do, be sure to check out the Cemitério de Prazeres at the very end of the line. You will pass the Basílica da Estrela, one of Lisbon’s more impressive churches and a place that was converted into the National Assembly. Estrela also has several parks. While not terribly exciting, it is a nice place to get away from the bustle of downtown.
